Gareth Duffin
CO-FOUNDER
I left University to work in hotels for 10 years, hospitality is a crazy life but I loved it. Until I didn’t.
Then I fell into Student Accommodation (everyone says that) and I have had the time of my life working in the industry and now talking about it. People told me Build-to-Rent would be similar to PBSA, it isn’t, but I still loved it.
Now I spend my life consulting for Real Estate operators and also doing the best job in the world, hosting Know Your Shift, the podcast about change. I live in Norfolk having worked In Oxford, Edinburgh, London, Nottingham, and everywhere in between.
